Shipping Policy

The delivery to Puerto Rico or US can take from 1 to 2 weeks after processing the order. However, the current global situation has affected the shipping operations globally. Please contact us if it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not received your item. We thank you for your patience under this circumstances. 

The processing time is 2-5 business day. Cancellation of your order is only allowed within the 24 hours after placing the order. If it exceeds the 24 hours, please contact us at byoceanblue@gmail.com but we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order if it was already shipped
